There is a interesting article on NPR that pretty much speaks to the masses about our hobby. Looks like our little game is for the very select disciplined few. When you have to remind people not to carry a balance, then you know your not mainstream. I think the r/churning sidebar sums it up quite well.
People will begin to pay interest, they will get behind on their cards, and they will have no way out. Those are the type of people who make churning possible for everybody else. Although it can be very profitable, it can be extremely dangerous.
